PLAN THE ACCESS BEFORE THE LIFT

Hot Tub Moving in Chandler & the East Valley.

A hot tub may have a simple destination and a complicated way out. Gates, side yards, steps and clearance are key parts of the moving plan.

HOT TUB MOVING

Measure the item. Measure the way through.

Tell us the hot tub's approximate dimensions and model, where it is now and where it needs to go. A side-yard gate or a change in level can affect handling just as much as the hot tub itself. Include any steps, tight corners, fences or other restrictions so the team can review the route and discuss what is practical.

What this move can include

  • Portable hot tubs and spas
  • Backyard-to-backyard relocations
  • Repositioning a spa on the same property

A move is not the same as an installation.

The moving scope should cover the item, transport route and placement. Electrical supply, plumbing, the supporting base and commissioning need their own checks. Let us know if the destination site is not ready or if access depends on temporary fence removal or other work. Those details should be resolved before a date is agreed.

Electrical work, plumbing, site preparation and crane services are not assumed to be part of the move. Confirm any specialist requirements separately.

THE DETAILS BEHIND THE MOVE

The gate can matter as much as the spa

Start with the model and empty dimensions. Then look at the route between the tub and the loading position: gates, side yards, overhangs, turns, steps and surface changes. Tell us when access depends on a fence section, landscaping or other work being changed first.

Preparation includes more than scooping water out of the shell. Follow the manufacturer’s draining guidance and arrange proper disconnection. A hardwired spa needs an appropriate electrical professional. The new position must be ready for the spa, with its base and service access considered before the moving date.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Before the
moving day.

Does the hot tub need to be empty?

Yes. Discuss draining and preparation when planning the job; a filled hot tub is not a normal moving request.

What if access is through a narrow side yard?

Include the gate width, path clearance, corners and changes in level. The team needs to assess that route before confirming the job.

Can I request a hot tub relocation on the same property?

Yes. Select In-Home Move or Repositioning and explain the current position, proposed position and route between them.

Is a hot tub move the same as hot tub removal?

Not necessarily. A relocation is intended to preserve the spa for use at another position. Disposal, demolition or recycling is a different request and should not be assumed to be included.

The actual model instructions take priority. Moving and specialist servicing remain separate scopes.
